By excluding all distractions and focusing on the single issue, the JPA is built on very clear principles of non-violence, democracy, parity and finality. It then proceeds to spell out the fine details of aims, timing, legal authority, funding and resources needed to fufill all the promises of the agreement.

The Just Peace Agreement is here on the web right now, attracting millions of ordinary people from all over the world to sign up online and support it. As soon as one of the principal parties decides they want the Just Peace Agreement to be implemented, they publicly state their intention to adopt it and start to implement the parts of the agreement that are their responsibility, even before the opposite party does so and before the agreement is formally signed. When all the parties join in the early stages of implementation, they can go ahead and sign the agreement. Implementation rolls on over the following fifteen years and beyond, to achieve all the aims of the agreement.

All the parties and groups among the Palestinians and Israelis can adopt it, sign it, and work to implement it, confident that it will deliver what they truly require. Every country in the world can join in, become a co-signatory, and help, because the help of every country and every person in the world is needed to fulfill the promise of this agreement.
